Pembrokeshire Adventure Centre (run by the Prince's Trust and based in Pembroke Dock, 11 miles from Tenby) offers a wide range of adventure sports, based on both land and water. Whether you are seeking something interesting to do with your friends and family, organising a group event, or aiming to develop your personal performance and qualification level in the adventure world, they are the people to talk to.

Their location means they are spoilt for choice when it comes to settings for their adventure activities. Beautiful sandy beaches, rugged sea cliffs, inland waterways, sheltered wooded valleys and the Preseli hills are all with in easy travel distance from the centre, and are all protected by the Pembrokeshire Coastal National Park.

Did you know that when the Wales Coast Path opens in May 2012 it will be the only continuous trail on the planet to run the full length of a country's coast! The 870 mile trail would take around 70 days to walk but would take in 18 medieval castles, 11 nature reserves and dozens of beautiful beaches.
